Biography :
Shonda became a realtor in December 2021 and first affiliated with Keller Williams Signature Partners in Marietta, Ga where learning and growing proved to be a great fit for Shonda to start her real estate business. Shonda loved helping others whether buying, selling or leasing. Shonda also discovered she had an extra special heart for helping homeowners experiencing, "life", when faced with foreclosure, divorce, bankruptcy or probate. Shonda has learned the in's and out's of buying and selling homes and wants to always be the realtor that is trusted, knowledgable, responsive and leaves no stone unturned to find solutions to clients problems.
Shonda is a graduate of Jackson State University and completed her career as a Tax Account in 2018. Shonda is very accomplished and very committed to a strong work ethic. Shonda's motto is when you genuinely enjoy the work you do, you do more of it because it doesn't feel like work. Shonda currently does work as a Design Coordinator and uses these skills to advise buyers on new construction processes and selections of interior and exterior finishes for their new home.
Shonda collaborates and works very well with both buyer and seller agents and understands the importance of working with all parties to ensure the best and most fair outcome for everyone.
